Second Vera3 and still no online access

I’m on my second vera3 and I still can’t get a mios account and online access to my devices. I have lan access but not internet access. I can sign in through cp.mios.com but only get local lan access and it doesn’t create a mios account. Without internet access this vera3 is useless. I’ve tried everything twelve times and am at my wits end. I’m willing to say I did it wrong but need to know what I did wrong. I have followed all instructions but still no go. I am having the exact same issue. However, I have tried to contact support for the past 2 days from the option in the Vera interface as well as at support@getvera.com but no one replies. I can access the simple UI but not the advanced features. It appears that some of the advanced features can now only be accessed by creating an account?. Is there a way to access the advanced features without having to log in? If I must log in, then this issue needs to be addressed.

I am having similar problem with my new Vera3 controller. I was able to access via my local home IP:192.168.x.x, and see the added device (a door sensor). I have tried connecting to WAN port and wi-fi, both have network in my home network. But when I try to add controller through getvera.com/setup, I got the error saying no controlller for assign. Now I could not access my system outside. Please help if any settings that needs to be changed. IT is useless now!

Don’t go to cp.mios.com.
Go to getvera.com.
There’s a link that says “Control” (very stupid, doesn’t give you the idea of accessing your device but whatever), hover on it, then click ‘remote access’.
