Hello my schlage lock is reading unlocked on my vera’s page but the door is locked when I go outside and hit the Schlage button it turns green and lets me unlock my door without the code how can I fix this I have to do it today because I go back to my home in NJ. PLEASE NEED HELP FAST ???
Must be a deadbolt, from your description.
Sounds like a classic installation error, as warned against in the Schlage documentation. Are you quite certain the two arrows lined up as depicted in the Schlage Installation Guide?
Has the deadbolt worked correctly before now?
