For the second time in the past six months I have stopped receiving valid PIN notifications from my Schlage deadbolt - BE369NX CAM 619. I have a Vera Lite running 1.5.622. It was happening on previous firmware versions as well. Test notifications works. I still get invalid PIN emails when I enter an incorrect PIN three times. Just not getting valid PIN entry notifications.
Unfortunately I don’t recall the steps I followed the first time I fixed this issue. This time I removed each valid PIN notification and re-added notifications. It did not help. There are other threads suggesting removing the lock from the network and re-adding it which might be the path I took last time. I want a better solution.

I have a postfix mail server so I directed notifications to that server for testing to remove spam filters etc as a cause. Test notifications and bad PIN notifications are hitting the SMTP server itself. Valid PIN entry notifications are not hitting the SMTP server.

Yet no emails get sent. Anyone have any ideas regarding why this is occurring?
