Schlage Deadbolt Stopped Working

Hi, I have a Schlage BE469NX paired to my Ezlo Secure, it has been working fine for months, but starting a couple of weeks ago, it stopped working and I noticed that it started creating by itself new devices called “Touchscreen Deadbolt” that dont work either but start showing up. Any help here?
