Schedules showing as true when not in timespan

Hi Richard,

sorry to bother you, wonder if you can help with an issue where I have some schedules defined, between :

01:45:00 and 08:30:00

however, the current time is 10:52 and the schedule is still showing as true.

Should this be happening? The same happens after reloading lua, and using the edit and refresh button.

Try toggling the schedule.

There is a problems with absolute timers (something that happens at a specific time) if Vera is restarting at the time it is supposed to run,
it will not run, but run on the next time Vera is running, in your case the next day.

I have proposed a update to MCV, that would allow me to handle this case, they told me they would look at it (many months ago) … but still no action.

You can change the OFF time to some relative time from the ON time (i.e. so many hours and minutes) … In this case … if the interval started (at some specific time) … Even if Vera is restarting during the “Relative” time … I detect this and run it when it next starts.
