Scenes not working

Hi,

I have Echo Dot and added a few device + one scenes.
I can activate the devices, but when I ask Alexa to start the scenes I am getting “Alexa can’t find the device name XXX”

What am I doing wrong ?

Try creating a device Group that includes the scene. Name it something that works with “turn on” in front of it. That’s how I run some with good results.

Got the email, thanks.
What will be the command to run scene with the name ?open kitchen shutter??
Should I change the ?open? to something else?
