Those are the ones that are registered with HST. There are many that can be found on the forum. For example, the location plugin.

Thanks! funny, if I try to find that on my own, I canāt. be nice if there were links!
Ecobee is a thermostatā¦
This page was a link from the software page. Whatās worse is finding it, then not being able to remember where it was ???
I feel you pain here. I have 9 micro-switches and micro-dimmers stuffed into octagon boxes in my ceilingā¦16 ft. up. :-\
I have been using the Tasker plugin to basically do what VeraAlerts did for me.
Basically anything you can do with Vera you can also do with HS, only about 10x easier with about 10x the options.
MySenors.org support?

Yes
Ok, so what are the downside here, other than price
Remote phone apps suck an, apparently, no Ecobee plugin. I think there is a generic WiFi thermostat plugin though.
Can the remote app be made better with the design program included with pro?

Yeah. But itās an Fāing nightmare! Iām no Fāing graphic designer. I will make myself something snazzy at some point. I just donāt have the time for that kind of thing right now. But if you do take the time to make a nice interface it can easily blow anything on Vera clear out of the water. People do all kinds of crazy stuff. There is a thread on the HS forum of people showing their custom screens. Itās pretty impressive.
Garrett once said that 50% of the time he spent on AutHomation was on the UI. Itās no small task.
There canāt be an all in one app like all of the Vera ones. There are simply way too many devices to be supported. How many devices are there for Vera total at this point in time? 100? 200? With HS3 there could be thousands. No way to cover all possibilities. You could make thousands of virtual devices which are all different! In HS3 a virtual device is basically anything you make it. Not just on and off.
Had the HS Pro version queued up in my cart along with the Z-NET but am reluctant on pulling the trigger. I figure to test I at least need to pick up the Z-NET device as all I have for z-wave is my Vera3. What to doā¦
Just download the trial, make some devices of some kind and play around. See if you like it. If not then you havenāt spent any money on things you donāt want.
They have a 30 day return policy too which they act quickly on. I bought the software for the Pi to have a Dev box of sorts and found you couldnāt use plugins with it. They refunded my money the same day without question.

Not sure why I never saw this thread before, but I just read most of it and only wish I had seen if before⦠Iām guessing the 50% off sale is over?
Still on

Brother, you should check out the rest of the thread from before I cut bait and ran, not walked, away from Vera. Thereās a lot of good information here.
More people should keep such logs because itās easier for many people to learn from a narrative than an instructional text. I know that I can personally. Maybe those naturally given to clever coding feel comfortable with instructional texts. I dunno. Iām not going to worry about it too much. You can worry about anything. If you worry about things too much youāre only adding to your 401k of death. And yes, the universe will match all of your anxiety 50/50 and keep it for you safe and sound for a later date.
