slajgaj, try something simpler to begin with. Pick a constant temperature, say, 30 degrees, and hardcode it into the second setpoint wget request. Does that work by itself?
You are sending the string: battery_lul as opposed to the value of the variable battery_lul
It should look like this:
luup.inet.wget (“http://192.168.1.101:3480/data_request?id=lu_action&DeviceNum=83&serviceId=urn:upnp-org:serviceId:TemperatureSetpoint1_Cool&action=SetCurrentSetpoint&NewCurrentSetpoint=” … battery_lul)

The LUUP code is sent succesful, but i see the Cool temp is -1 value. This false, because the battery level is 70
