a standing alone OFF button is not available in UI7, there is only switch ON/OFF and it switches devices depending on their current state: OFF->ON or ON->OFF. Could you make OFF function equal to ALL OFF for Livolo switches next releases?

I checked again my code and I can confirm that a switch OFF command will send a group OFF while a switch ON command will send a ON/OFF toggle.

Enable the debug logs and then play with ON and then OFF and show me the messages in the logs.

@lolodomo Are either of the 433Mhz La Crosse TX7U (Temperature and Humidity) or TX6U (Temperature) sensors supported? Neither are listed on the compatibility chart. Thanks.

i am running beta 3 and just got a 4-button LightWaveRF wireless controller, model # JSJSLW206WH (device info is here thesmartshop.co.uk domain name is for sale. Inquire now. )

when i press the left button(s) for the first time it creates 2 devices, a light switch named RFX Light L5.0/F412A8/14 and a scene controller named RFX Remote L5.0/F412A8 with Mood 1 - 5 and Group Off buttons. When i press the right button(s) for the first time it adds a light switch named RFX Light L5.0/F412A8/13 (here is a screen shot Dropbox - File Deleted).

On the scene controller i have tried setting up notifications for activated and deactivated scenes 111 - 115 but none are triggered when i press any buttons.

I turned on RFX debug and looked at the log when i pressed each button, and it looks like it is activating and deactivating scenes 13 and 14. So i tried setting up notifications for those, but still no luck.

I would like to use each of the 4 buttons to trigger a different Vera scene. (It really is just a scene controller and there not light switches – it is not connected to mains or any load – so it seems odd that it creates switch devices)

How should i set that up? Thanks and sorry to bother you.

Just define a scene trigger with the remote device on scene activated or scene deactivated and choose scene number 13 or 14.

i was testing with the Notification tab in the remote device which did not work, but setting up the scene trigger does work. i should have tested that before bothering you. :embarrassed:

Is there anyway to get a log from the rfxtrx? I want to see if anything is happening when trying to find my ikea anslut

You can enable the debug logs through the plugin UI (tab Plugin settings). Any received message from the RFXtrx will then be logged.

Do a search in the forum or take a look at the Micasaverde Wiki.
You have the option to install the InfoViewer plugin if using a SSH connection is to much difficult for you.

Hi there,

I’m having problems trying to create a LWRF switch. This is the first time I’ve tried to create a device since moving over to UI7. No matter what I try nothing seems to work. None of the tabs in the settings menu seem to work, so I can’t even enable or disable any of the options.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone getting weird interface in UI7 1.7.961 with the app?

Running beta3 on a Vera Edge (finally!) and I don’t get a selection of the selected protocols, like http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,27754.msg202748.html#msg202748 .

The protocol options change color when I hover over the box, but if I click the lighter color do not stick.

I have tried to refresh the browser. Is it an error with the FW?

Also, is BlindsT0 protocol the same as “RollerTrol/Hasta” in the app? I can’t get my Vera Edge with a RFXtrxE to recognize when I press my RollerTrol remote, even though I have enabled the RollerTrol/Hasta protocol. When i enable the same protocol on my VeraLite running UI5 with a RFXtrx I can see the remote presses are recognized.

Have anyone gotten a Rollertrol to work with UI7?

EDIT: Solved the issue with my Rollertrol blinds not being recognized with my Vera Edge and RFXtrxE. It seems I had RFXtrx433_Ext_236.hex FW installed. Flashed RFXtrx433_Type2_183.hex instead and now my RFXtrxE “hears” the signals from the remote!
