Hi,
I managed to get my camera working (with motion detection) with [url=http://code.mios.com/trac/mios_foscam-camera]http://code.mios.com/trac/mios_foscam-camera[/url] but after a new clean install I haven’t managed to get the motion detector working. For reference the variable OnTime from the motion detector doesn’t appear.
The motion detector doesn’t trip at all. If anybody has an idea how I can get my motion detector working I would appreciate it very much.
Additionally, anybody have any idea for remote access for this Foscam? The tutorial uses dyndns (which isn’t free anymore) and my router doesn’t appear to port forward to port 89 (zhone router) This would be great for my foscam app on my phone but I can use the vera app and see through my cam.

I have the same issue. Can’t get motion to trip at all. I have motion alam on in the camera, but Vera can’t seem to detect anything.
I’ve had good luck with ip cam viewer app and you can use any port that’s not already in use by another device

I also use that app, but I only manage to get it to work within my home network. I’m guessing its a problem with my port forwarding which doesn’t let mi see my camera because I do manage to get to my routers login page.

Glad to know I’m not the only one with the motion detector problem, let’s hope someone can help us out
After several days with MCV support we managed to get the motion detector working.
I believe they had to modify some of the code of the plugin because their was no way of setting the trip time. Therefore it couldn’t work properly.
