Hello,

i have an zipato MINI KEYPAD RFID. This device was was already in use at another Z-Wave Controller. but not excluded and the Controller is no longer available. To use the Keypad it must be reset. The Manual says: “This function can be activated by sending a configuration set frame.”
How i send a configuration frame to reset the keypad?

You should be able to exclude it with your Vera Controller. When going through the pairing wizard, hit the retry button, that puts the controller into exclude mode. They you should be able to pair it. The exclusion steps are usually the same as the including/pairing steps.
