I had 1 license for Vera Alerts, and today have bought another one. My Vera Alerts still only shows 1 license and 2 max profiles. How do i register the 2nd license ?
You need to install to go to the Register Tab … and enter the new license … then Verify … then Vera Save … then browse reload.
Yes that worked. Question, for me it would be quite good to have 2 Vera Alert devices, as that would mean i can send different messages to different profiles for the same event. Is that possible ?
What i mean i have one event, for example armed sensor tripped, one Vera Alerts sens messages to 2 profiles, my other Vera Alerts would send 2 different (or none at all) to the other 2 profiles ? That could be very useful
Yes …you create multiple Vera users.
Disable the email and SMS Mail for the users.
Then associate different Vera Alerts profiles with different uses.
Then to send to different device. You just pick different Vera users when you define the notification.
