Refreshing, please wait....

That is the message I have been getting for the past 2 days when I go to use the Veramate app. The only way to make it go away is to log out and log back in. Then everything works fine until I go back to use the app. The Refreshing, please wait… just sits there. I have waited as long as 10 mins and it doesn’t go away. I am able to control my Vera 3 just fine from the local web browser. I have 3 working wifi networks that I can use to connect my Iphone but still the same issue so I don’t believe it is my network. Any thoughts?

Usually when this happens it comes down to a micasaverde server problem (or more unlikely, a network issue, which it doesn’t appear to be). The web UI may still work as they don’t use all the same servers.

The only known problem is a connection issue when changing between a UI5 <-> UI7 box sometimes (which is being investigated/confirmed).

Otherwise, if you could use the in-app contact to send diagnostics I can investigate more.
