Reactor and outdoor temperature

Is there a way for reactor to access the outdoor temperature? I’d like to turn on a fan if a set of circumstances (including an outdoor temp above X) are met.

Take a look at this weather plugin which will create an outside temperature sensor that you can access in Reactor.
There are also physical sensors you can mount outside which will give you the outside temperature.
