I went through a thread with the same heading as above. I am having the same situtation. I purchased a vera edge and have it running. Problem is, my devices were not removed from my vera2 before I lost control of it and I don’t have any back ups available before the upgrade to 3.20. is there any way to unpair my devices so I can move them to my edge? I do have a trouble ticket in as of 12-15 and received a reply to change settings to allow support access as administrator, which I did this morning. I have received no further replay as of the time of this post.
Is there no way reset or downgrade the chip without tech support?

Be sure to include your Vera unit serial number and the tech support access code. You can enable it by going to Settings > Tech Support and then clicking on the Enable button at the bottom of the page.
