I set up a scene to lock the door and arm my alarm when the lock button is hit. This works perfectly. I then set up a scene to disarms the alarm when the correct code is entered. This will not work. Is there a flaw that anyone knows of with the “enter a specific code” trigger in a scene? If not, has anyone else had this issue?
Both work for me with my Kwikset lock and DSC alarm.
I had to set it up where unlock disarms rather than enter code to disarm.
I am still having the same issue. I cannot get the alarm to arm or disarm by entering a code. Only with the lock button or by the status of the lock. Suggestions?
