Question on display dimming behavior

Hello,

I created a virtual switch to dim my ipad based wall panel at night. Does the homewave poll the switch periodically to re-dim itself if it is woken up after the switch is turned on or is it looking for a state change of the linked switch?

Currently it relies on a state change. I’m planning to add a timeout to poll the switch again, or just dim the screen if no switch is specified.

An adjustable poll interval would be great. I like to dim it at night but if I touch it after my Night All Off script runs it stays bright unless I togle my virtual switch.

Really like the app so far even with all the questions.
