I have a problem with two qubino 1d relay for more than two years that I can’t solve definitively. in my two gates I have a 1d relay qubino with an opening sensor for the gate. the two devices are far from the gateway and sometimes, when the direct communication is worse (more at night when the house doors are closed) the gate sensor does not change the status immediately. on/Off always works fine, but sensor status is not updated. this happens randomly on both devices. when I poll now, the status is updated immediately. poll options don’t do it. I’ve tried several times, zero, and blank, and it doesn’t work. does anyone have any idea how to solve the problem? is there a way to simulate poll now of a device automatically? thanks
