could not find a thread on this for vera alerts, but was getting below error, just sharing in case anyone else sees same issue
Prowl, email and push bullet still worked, just pushover would not
see it in log

created my own appid on pushover website and now works again
simple and free to do this, once logged into pushover.net
click on “Register an Application” link on the website by the “Your Applications (Register an Application)”
add that Key to your vera alerts push profile under “AppPushoverID”
once done you get 7500 pushes a month all your own vs sharing the 7500 with all veraalert users
for those that want the vera icon for their alerts, this was the png file I downloaded and used
