Problems with Pushover after October 24-25 DDoS Attack?

Yesterday my Pushover alerts stopped properly sending. I validated that my app and user keys work fine when sent from my home IP using a simple Linux script. I’m thinking it might be the following from the pushover blog post: “we are not currently able to support legacy TLS/SSL ciphers.” However I can’t be sure since the logs don’t have any useful data. Anyone else having issues?
