First I offer an observation. I have a vacation home for which I take advanced reservations. I would like to enter a pin code for each reservation along with a daily restriction. Today, it seemed like Vera would only take one restriction at a time. If I entered 5 pin codess each with a separate daily restriction and then saved the data, the restrictions would all match the first one that I set instead of different dates for each pin code. I found a work around by entering a new pin and then saving it and then entering its daily restriction then saving it. It was tedious but I was able to enter all 15 codes with restrictions.
I have 2 Schlage locks in this home and currently 15 renter pin codes. The first lock worked okay as described above. When trying to enter the pin codes and restrictions on the second lock, I was unable to enter the 14th and 15th pin codes. This afternoon the lock seemed to slow in its processing and eventually stopped taking new pin codes. The battery level is supposedly 100% but I know better. Could a weak battery cause this?
