Hello!
In Device overview i see my zxt-120, but device not work and shown status Please wait! Getting the manufacturer
i`m try unpair and pair device again, but no luck
Device connect and diconnect every 2 seconds

What is the ZXT-120 version? maybe 1.5, 1.6H?

Hi.

how to check the remotec firmware version?

I got problem veraedge UI7 1.7.1320 suddenly “cannot detect device” even though few hours before I managed to make it works.

my remotec version : 6,3,42,1,3

I need to exclude and include it again but still few hours later, vera cannot detect device.

any advise?

you can check the label on the unit, saying 1.6H or 1.7A.

BTW any1 has problem on Remotec firmware 1.5 with Veraedge (latest firmware)? it always ‘can’t detect device’ after 1 day of successful operation.

firmware ver 1.6 shows no issues.

I am having the exact same issue here ZXT-120 1.5 Vera lite ui 7 (latest firmware)
Works fine and suddenly no go, just getting “Can’t detect device”

Has anyone found a solution?

I use vera edge ui7 FW 1.7.1707 (latest) and zxt-120 1.5. It worka fine and no issue with can’t connect. No idea if using vera lite

Back in 2014 I purchased two of ZXT-120 and had them both running for about one year on older, second gen model Vera. In about one year one of them started “falling off” the Vera - same “Can’t Detect Device”, but not persistently - the device would re-appear every now and then.

About six month ago, I upgraded to Vera Edge and re-added and re-programmed the one that kept disconnecting. Worked OK at first and in 2-3 month for both of ZXT-120 I would get first intermittently “Can’t Detect Device” and now persistently.

ZXT-120 fw v1.2A

My installation is remote. ZXT-120 is connected via USB adapter. The power goes off periodically and I suspect the device “forgets” the configuration.

I was hopping the issue is with ZXT, not VERA and I replaced the two ZXT-120 with new devices a month ago.
Worked until last night, when I saw again the dreaded “Can’t Detect Device” from one of them.
