Problem with changing IR code.

Hey guys, I am having trouble changing the IR codes for a Vizio TV.
I am using UI5.
I have a remote Vizio TV downloaded and successfully working with a Itach IP2IR. Most of the buttons do not work or are incorrect. So, I need to change the function of some of them.
I enter the setup area for that remote and when I change the code to be used for a particular button, it gives me a “Error No IR Blaster” error box.
Since the Custom Remote Control section is broken Is this a broken feature also or bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

is pronto code the same hexa code ?
