Problem with a Sensor and Electricity

Hello All

I have a vera and a 4 in 1 Aeon Labs sensor
this sensor works on Batteries

I have a problem that the electricity cuts out twice a day for 3 hours each

Today i tried to poll my sensor i got a msg but I couldn’t
it seems like i lost the connection between the sensor and vera

what to do?do i have to remove the device and re install it?
because this electricity thing is going to take a long time to be fixed

Did you get this resolved? I see the same problem with my Aeon Lab Sensor and Kwikset Lock. Both these devices lost connectivity to vera lite.
