Possible to send a photo from cam not on Vera?

I have 30 cams on BlueIris. I only added a few to Vera to save memory. I’d like to be able to email images from them all via VeraAlerts though. I know I can setup BI triggers to do this, but I’ve got other plans for that.
I can access images from all my cams in this format:
http://username:password@BlueIrisIP/image/CAM4

Is it possible to configure VeraAlerts to grab an image from the URL rather than from a Vera Camera device?

I would have to add support to Vera Alerts to do that … I will add to the list.
There is a standard access for cameras attached to Vera, and I utilize it’s api.

Thank you for adding it to the list. VA & PLEG are probably the only reason I’m not switching to Indigo and using Applescript. Thank you for your wonderful work.

I have Indigo running on my iMac. I do like it. I mainly use it to control my Spotify and play certian playlists each morning as I wake up. Other than that, I don’t really do anything with it.

Hi Richard, I know this is an old thread, but are still, or will you, consider adding this feature?

This has already happend and is now possible. Search the chagelog and one or two versions ago http camera’s were added.

[b]Version 6.37[/b] is available. Allow Non Vera Cameras to be attached to messages. Use {Picture(URL)} or {Video(URL, Seconds)} (URL's are accessed from Vera)
