which virtual plugin do you use for local weather?
you can no longer use Dark Sky. Indeed, we can no longer obtain a key.

I need the temperature, but also the wind

There is the, Virtual Outdoor Temperature Plugin or Site Sensor

I use the later with openweathermap.
