what model is it? what do you plan to do with it? does it come with a remote control?

My plan is to on off my ac, couz i always forgot to turn off my ac and my electricity bill is high

If the AC comes with a remote control that uses IR to turn on/off, then you can use one of the equipment that allows Vera to send IR commands, like SQ Blaster, Logitech Harmony Link or USB-UIRT…

Alternatively, you can get a Z-Wave contactor module, like this one: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,10670.0.html and install it between the AC and the power source.
