PLTS TimerInc

I just noticed that, if there is a luup restart whilst PLTS (5.4) is running a timer, it reverts to updating the time every second even though TimerInc is set to 30. Once the interrupted timer has completed, subsequent cycles obey TimerInc.

This is a minor issue, of course. PLTS (unlike Vera schedules) resumes the running timer to keep everything working properly. It’s just that one-second updates with forty minutes left on the clock burn a lot of log…

I will add this to the list. I have wanted to change the logic and round down to the next lower nice interval.
