PLEG with EVL3 / Vista20p Panel not arming when iPhone goes past distance

I had this working about 5 months ago, did a remodel and disabled it. I’m back now and everything seems to be TRUE, but my alarm isn’t arming. Am I missing something? See attached Status Report
