Richard, have you considered, and is it possible, for PLEG to export a file, say an xls, to the local computer, open it in excel, make edits, and then upload it back? The Vera device properties sheet is not good when you have a lot of inputs, conditions, and actions.
Regarding the editing UI, may I suggest:
- “Alphabetize Conditions” button with warning.
- Move to top or bottom button for condition to raise the 1 or 2 that are order specific
