Pellet Stove

I have a Vera 2 I haven’t used in a while due to moving but I feel like I have my first scenario where I want to get it up and running again and will probably start using it more again after this. I have a pellet stove that can work off a thermostat however I don’t want to position the thermostat near the pellet stove and don’t want to have to run the tstat wire to where I would need it because i wouldn’t be able to snake it easily there. So for the “wireless” function alone this would be a good solution. So what I am thinking right off the bat is I would need a temperature sensor (I assume that would be preferable than actually getting a thermostat because don’t most of the thermostats still need to hook the wires directly up to it like all the WIFI thermostats you find on the market nowadays) and a relay preferably battery operated to close the contacts on the pellet stove when the temp on the temp sensor drops below a certain temp.

Then i’m thinking about turning on certain fans when other criteria is met. (hardwired Ceiling fans and also some corner fans- plug in type) obviously for those I need appliance modules and the hardwired fans I guess either a switch that can accept a motor as a load, or if they make any specific fan speed controls that I can use. Either way the fan controls are all secondary for now. Can anyone recommend devices for the temp sensor/thermostat and relay. I’m not sure of the exact voltage of the pellet stove but either way i’m thinking a relay could handle both AC or DC voltage going through it since its just closing a contact and the control circuit is obviously handled by the zwave commands.
