I seem to have corrupted my I_PanasonicPTZ.xml file. 
I can I restore the original? I was trying to update it to use with my Foscam F18918W camera. I saw where somebody had attached their version for Foscam, but I can’t seem to download it. How do you download attachments?
Yes you can easily upload a new version over the old one, click restart Luup engine checkbox, close and then SAVE. You are probably trying to download the file I modified and uploaded after following the OP’s instructions on that thread.

This may be the problem. I just read a post that being classified as a newbie has restrictions. I am a newbie. Can you email it to me?
I understand the purpose of restrictions for newbies. But it sure does make it difficult for legitimate users. Can’t find anything about how long someone stays a newbie.

I took a screen shot of the post with an arrow pointing to the link, but then realized if I attach it here you may not see it if you can’t see attchments. There might be some limitation on your account, like you need X many posts to be able to see attachments or even add them.

@drdata, something is wrong with your account, as I can see other newbie users don’t have problems seeing attachments or attaching own files. Can you check with admins about this problem?
Yup, I’ve validated using my test Newbie account and can see the attachment to the post that @shady refers to above.
The Newbie restrictions apply to things like creating Signature blocks, Posting PM’s to folks, Viewing Member Profiles/Stats & Online status & Avatar generation - general spam-bait, and things used for link promotion (or just annoying folks).
They don’t apply to Attachments (read or write).
They’re lifted once you reach 25 posts, or Sr Newbie status.
I have uploaded the I_PanasonicPTZ.xml file and restarted the engine. I still get the error No Implementation when clicking on a PT control.

I have been trying to find a link to the administrator for not being able to see attachments. I have not found a link for them. So how do you contact them?
