Panasonic BL-C230A : access through browser

Hi,

I recently setup my Vera2 with a Panasonic webcam. It’s working well accessing the images through Mios.com from my computer, and iVera from my iPhone/iPad. But I would like to be able to also log into the camera directly so I can change settings, access the microphone, etc.

The camera is connected to Vera2 wirelessly, and Vera is connected to the router directly with a cable.

I would be logging in over the Internet, not locally.

Anybody know how I do this?

Thanks,
George

You’ll need to either set up some sort of dynamic DNS (dyndns.com) if your router supports it and then forward the relevant ports to the internal address and port; or if you are no comfortable doing that, then it may be a bit more simple to just use the Panasonic camera site which is viewnetcam.com

you can try this link. http://panasonic.net/pcc/support/netwkcam/technic/rtr_setup/

Thanks for the tips… I’ll look into these a little deeper.

Hello,
I am using Panasonic BL-C230A camera on viewnetcam.com and it is working fine.
I want to setup it on Mios.com . Will you tell me step by step instructions how to
setup it. I am using vera2 with Netgear WNR854T RangeMax router.
I have tried port forwarding and Upnp elable in setup menu of the router , but it won’t work
on mios dashbord.

Thanks
