I have just bought the vera plus controller and the yale assure keyed deadlock. Lock is working fine but wont pair with vera controller. It recognises it in devices but says there’s an error with the node.
I have had help from place of purchase he said it was because I wasnt using a pc to add device so I reset lock and tried to pair and that didnt work. I just dont know what to do next help please !
Are you trying to pair it within 3’ of the Vera Plus?
