Sounds good then, I can probably eve mount it on the west side of the house to protect it from nor’easters.

Nice thing is at that location it’s only about 18-20’ from Vera2 with only one outside wall to penetrate- so communication shouldn’t be an issue.

Thanks again for the info guys… looks like the HS-TS001 is the way to go!

The Everspring ST814-1 is rated to IP44. Operating range is 14’F - 122’F

I have the last generation of it working nicely outside for a couple years, read mounting in post above
