Anyone using opensprinkler with Imperihome? Wondering if it worked or not. I saw the irrigation threads that now support the latest firmware from last month within Vera itself.
I am, but no it doesn’t work out of the box. I had to come up with my own idea’s which I’m still working on and have a few more plans. I posted a screen shot for someone yesterday. I’ll look for that now.
The other problem I have right now is that OpenSprinkler has a great API with a whole list of HTTP commands that can be sent with a scene or PLEG in the advance options using “Wget”. The OpenSprinkler Plugin really doesn’t have much to offer. I can’t even run a manual schedule or anything from the VERA plugin.
So my point is it might be better to setup a few scenes tied to http commands of your choice.
I am getting my OpenSprinkler delivery today. Is the plugin author still around. If they are not I will be adding the functionality I need or starting another plugin.

That’s right, forgot. I’m in that thread with you. While I’m quite technical I couldn’t interpret the instructions well.
I posted in the imperihome beta channel on google+ about support.
There is another thread that has the newest firmware from February and updates to the app from the mios marketplace. Not sure who’s who with the authors of the plugin.

That is correct. I have updated to the new plugin and the newest firmware on open sprinkler. Biggest change in both was the password. The password is no long visible in the http commands. It uses a MD5 hashed password instead.

Thanks.
