I just did a factory reset on my vera controller to default values by going into Zwave Settings and activating go on Reset Zwave Network and by going into Backup and activating Reset to Default at bottom of page. I have added all of my devices and configurations.
However, when I am supposed to get a email and SMS notification, I only get the email one, no SMS. All settings in Account Info are correct.
I also checked my notification limits and I have 2 SMS notifications daily, and my Notification Alerts and the Security Alert is checked.
