Did not find a previous thread on this. So apologize if this has been already covered. I am noticing in my logs and the User Profile Association variable that some old devices remain in the field but are no longer in the UI for Vera Alerts. I don’t think this is much more than a cosmetic issue, but it seems that something is missed in the cleanup once a device profile is removed.
I was able to clear it up by 1) using the UI to link a user profile to the device, saving, reloading, and then clearing, reloading. 2) By manually editing the Profile Association variable field.
Not sure if this has happened to others or what combination of changes in the past caused it.
