Official Vera App does not let me log in?

Hi,

I’ve got a Vera lite and can log in to the interface and use find Vera to locate and log in, yet the ivera app tells me login failed as if user/pass is wrong and I’ve triple checked it’s the same as my Vera login. Can anyone help?

What UI version is on your Vera?

iVera is a 3rd party app.

Look for Vera Mobile. There are different version dependant on the UI/firmware of your Vera

I have UI7 and I cannot log into the Vera App either. I click on the “I’m already a MiOS unit user” and then it takes me to the login screen. I show my password and it does match my web login, no dice.
