Odd behavior with Fibaro FGR221

I am a new veralite user and just bought a Fibaro FGR221 module. I seem to be getting a odd behavior which I cannot understand.

I use UI5 and latest firmware 1.5.322
I have a bistable switch so I have set parameter 14 to 1
When I use the switch on the wall, I can open the shutter fine and I can close it fine manually
When I use the device dialog box actions on the Vera controller, I can also press close and it closes fine , same for open.
So I guess/hope my cabling is correct

The problem is : in the vera device dialog actions, if I press “Up” it goes down and if I press “Down”, it goes up. I of course tried to change the cabling in the wall but then it is the Open/Close that gets wrong.

any idea of what could be going wrong ?
Thank you

Looks like this is a general problem MCV built in. I had the same behavior with some of my Merten devices.

I have the same problem, with the up and down and close and open buttons. Have you solved it?

I believe the latest firmware update includes an option for window coverings to reverse UP and DOWN but I have not had a chance to try it yet

I have tried with the latest firmware but or there is not the option or I haven’t been able to find it.

Did you see my post here:

See the attached file (at the bottom of the post), it can be uploaded through the Vera UI and it will override the WC current file, reversing the up and down buttons to be correct. It will work for all window covering devices, not just the ZRTSI. When the new firmware comes out, you can just delete/remove my file and use the switch in advanced settings (assuming that’s where they’ll put it).
