Not finding new devices when trying to add.

I just tried setting up my vera2 using the battery method.

However when I reconnect it, it does not find any of the devices.

They are GE switches and a trance AC.

I tried a few times.

Can you describe if the Z-Wave LED blinked slowly and then quickly when you added the device and then slowly again, etc.?

Alternatively, you could try the inclusion through the GUI, using full-power inclusion. It gives a bit more insight into what is going on.

All the lights blinked like they were supposed to but it didnt work.

In the end, it was able to decover the devices by using option 1, even though they were 15 feet away.
