Not all zones showing

Hey,
I’m not sure what’s going on, but here’s my background: I’m using a VeraPlus. I replaced an existing alarm with a DSC 1832, 2-5108’s, and an EVL-4. I have a total of 22 zones, 2 of which I disabled (not bypassed) due to likely damaged wires, all on 1 partition. I setup the alarm to beep on activation and all but the two zones worked as expected.

I then installed the EVL-4. I setup a static IP and can see the zones on the online control. I can also see that zones are being tripped and alerts are being shown.

Now the trouble. I installed the app. Set the IP:Port, MAC, Interface Type as 2DS, and selected Envisalink on the DSC Alarm Panel. I then restarted and some of the zones appeared. I have 2 problems on my VeraPlus, and possibly 1 on the Eyez-On web interface:

1, Not all of my zones show up. Only zones 1-6. On my alarm panel, zone 7 IS one of the zones I disabled, so I’m not sure if that has caused an issue.

2, On the Vera, all of the zones show as armed. They aren’t armed at the panel, so I’m not sure why they’re armed on the Vera?

3, This may be normal, but I can’t find it in their forum. Using the Eyez-On web portal, my EVL-4 shows a status of “Partition 1 Not Ready”. Is this normal or could this be a problem?

Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

So I uninstalled the device from the Vera and reinstalled. Now sames issues, minus them being armed. Now they show as disarmed.

Who you restarted, additional attributes should have been created to enable you to manually record the zones numbers… Matching against the type and ignore inactive zones

If they are not there, restart luup.

Restart luup. In another Browser tab

OK, so I was hung up on the fact it created some sensors and not all. It did create additional sensors. I haven’t confirmed yet if communication between the two is working. Thanks for your help.

Everything seems to be working fine. I had to disarm the sensors initially through the Vera, then everything started working. Good information:

Thanks Brientim!

I must say that this plugin could use a little love from a developer. So far, primarily in the install and configure area.
