NorthQ camera not streaming

NorthQ camera not streaming - streams fine under Tiny Cam Pro and Vera Mobile but cannot stream through Home Buddy. I get the picture in the list but when I “Tap To Stream” I get “Unable to stream video (Host name may not be null)”

What version of UI are you running on vera? If it is UI5, there is word that streaming is not working for remote access. I and a few others have this issue.
