Non-dimming settings for my Fibaro Dimmer 2 (FGD-212)?

Hi all,

Sorry bit of a newbie question.

This is the first dimmer I’ve ever had installed, Fibaro Dimmer 2 (FGD212) running on my Vera3 firmware 1.7.760

I’ve got 4 x non-dimmable standard bulbs hooked up but will change to LED’s at some point.

Question 1: How do I make sure the Dimmer doesn’t try to dim these? Want to have On/Off functionality only is there a variable somewhere?

Question 2: I added this as a ‘Other ZWave Device’ and now I’ve got two ghost devices showing. How do I remove these or are they needed? See screenshot attached

Question 3: HELP, How do I turn it off? I switch the wall switch to the off position, nothing happens, then flick it to on and it dims to around 10%. I can’t turn it on and off like a normal light anymore without doing via the Vera ::slight_smile:

for the switch - set parameter 20 to 1 and 22 to 0 (1 byte dec). Now on = on, off=off

for non-dim, set parameter 32 to 1, 33 to 1

I added 35 = 0 as well for good measure ( no calibration after power on).

Very helpful - had no idea what to do with the manual’s advanced parameters.

Once you realise you go to ‘Device Options’ > ‘Add configuration settings’ to add the variables @ Data Size ‘1 byte dec’ - It’s fairly straightforward.

Can I do anything about the 2x ghost devices called ‘_Dimmable Light’ ?
