I have a veralite, and installed aeotec home energy meter 2nd edition, and can see instantaneous wattage. the ui5 ‘energy’ shows a summary of energy usage (wattage). In the ‘report’, there is no data showing on the graphical area, for either a comparison or a range. Chrome/Firefox - same result. IE doesnt seem to retrieve data. No requirement seems to come up for any plugins and other graphics (non-graphical, but pie charts) work. Anyone had the report working, showing a graph in standard UI ?
I have had serious problems with ergy and the same meter. It has , worked, not worked, or worked on in the advanced UI (I’m using UI6). Right now it’s not showing me anything. If I click the Energy tab in the simple UI it just tries to load forever. If I go to…OMG I just figured out at least part of what’s going on!
I was getting an error, “Could Not Authenticate With Ergy!” when I clicked on Energy in the advanced UI. After logging in at ergy.com it actually brings up the instantaneous graphic and the overview info! The simple UI still loads continuously though. I have had it working in the past and it had some fairly decent graphics.
Im pretty disappointed in how vera is handling the enrgy app not working, its a major bullet point in their adverstising and they put anything in the firmware to indicate what the problem is. I went to the ergy site and they have the below message on their site:
