No camera image

I am a new user, and am having issues in setting up. I presently have two (2) motion
detectors and one Panasonic BLC131A camera installed.

Vera indicates a z-wave present, but I cannot access any image from the camera from the micasa site; advanced settings ask for an “IP” and “Mac”, but I don’t know which IP they want. I can access an image through the Panasonic site.

Motion detectors do not show any indication of working either…

I have the Vera plugged into a Linksis router.

Initially on setup, the Vera found my equipment; but during setup something happened and I hac to
manually add the camera, and mot detectors. Do I need to somehow reset and start over ??

Did you setup a static IP for the camera? If not then this can very easily happen and unless you have a static IP set up it will most likely happen again even if you put the correct IP in Vera again. You dont need to worry about the MAC address!
