I just purchased my VeraLite and door sensors and just noticed how large the Schlage door sensor is.
Is there any way to make these tamper proof? Or is there a tamper-proof option available somewhere?
I have a vacation rental unit. My guests like to leave the doors and windows open in 100 temps and 90% humidity.
I’m looking for a way to keep that from happening.

I believe they have tamper sensors on them, so you’d know that they were tampered with. It doesn’t make them tamper proof, but you will know they were tampered with. Perhaps if you are using them for turning off the A/C if they leave a window or door open, you can just shut off the A/C if they tamper with it, and don’t let them turn it back on (not sure if that’s 100% feasible).
