Any updates? I have exactly the same issue with my veralite: cannot connect remotely via cp.mios.com. Even click “request technical support” shows {“error”:“Invalid token.”}.
Local connect works. Notifications work as well.

Any update on the UI5 cp.mios.com access? I still cannot connect to cp.mios.com, though I can connect through a mobile app. The mobile app however does not support the features of cp.mios.com.

cp.mios.com still doesn’t work for me. Local IP connection works. Connect remotely via cp.mios.com still fails with “Unable to communicate with your unit”. Click on “Activate remote assistance” or “Request tech support” on the page still shows {“error”:“Invalid token.”}.
