I was a happy Veramate user for a long time. I upgraded to a new phone and lost the ability to connect to my Veras. When I try to login, I get an “Invalid username or password.” Those are definitely correct. I can login from a browser without a problem.
I’m still on UI5 on the two Veras I own. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it. Does UI7 even run on a Vera 2? I’ve found references to upgrading Vera 3 and Vera lite to UI7, but nothing about Vera 2.
At the time I switched phones, the old one was still able to connect. I no longer have that phone though, so I can’t do any tests with it.
