New install - not saving data

I have UI5 (Vera 3) and a 1 gig stick - I’ve installed it and it does not seem to save data to the USB stick, The Dashboard updates but all graphs are flat lines with no points.
So I got to the end of your rather good and detailed instructions and I can say the following
The error log is attached, my guess is the line which says “Disk /dev/mtdblock0 doesn’t contain a valid partition table” is probably the problem but I have attached the dataMineConfig.json off the USB stick as well - to prove the the USB is writable and working - I did format it twice , but the error remains.
The USB stick is in the bottom port
I do have a ZWave dongle in the other USB port (top port= /dev/ttyUSB0 )
I don’t believe I have Vera logging setup to the USB stick.
My configuration of which variables to log is being saved
I’m about to format the stick a third time and just put one data-variable in

I did install a much older version of Datamine a long time ago - but due to other problems I had to reset my Vera configuration totally , so I doubt that’s an issue. There was no datamine installed when I installed this current version from the Install App page

just a quick update - If i blow away the config then datamine stops logging errors

  • If I add one log point then it logs errors - I ensured I selected a variable that is returning data regularly and is always active. This doesn’t prove much. but I did it to ensure that the selection of some of my battery powered currently offline points was not causing a problem.
I’ll do it all from scratch later so as to get a clean log file
